These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SafePlace, a VPN service operated by DuosDigitos LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using SafePlace, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

SafePlace is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) application for iOS. The service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers in Europe, providing privacy and security for your internet connection. SafePlace uses the NEVPNManager framework as required by Apple's App Store guidelines.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SafePlace. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

YOUR ACCOUNT

SafePlace does not require account creation for basic use. A random device identifier is generated automatically for server management. If you use premium features via Sign In with Apple, your anonymous Apple relay ID is used. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the app.

You agree to use SafePlace only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

PREMIUM TIER

SafePlace may offer a premium tier with additional features such as dedicated servers and priority routing. Premium access is granted through promotional codes. Premium features and availability may change over time.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is fundamental to our service. We operate under a strict no-logs policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

SafePlace, including its name, logo, design, and software, is the property of DuosDigitos LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SafePlace is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuosDigitos LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SafePlace. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DuosDigitos LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to SafePlace at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of SafePlace after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
