These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of SafePlace, a VPN service operated by DuosDigitos LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using SafePlace, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

SafePlace is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) application for iOS, Android and desktop. The service helps protect user network traffic in transit by routing it through a secure VPN connection. This helps reduce the risk of unauthorized interception of traffic on unsecured networks and gives users a simple way to manage their connection through selected VPN server locations.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 or older to use SafePlace — that is the age rating we declare on the App Store and on Google Play. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

YOUR ACCOUNT

SafePlace does not require account creation for basic use. A random device identifier is generated automatically for server management. To use premium features you sign in — with Sign in with Apple on iOS, with your Google account on Android, or with a one-time code sent to your email address in any of the apps. A subscription follows that account rather than the machine, so every device you sign in on shares it, up to the seats your plan carries. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the app.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use SafePlace only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our servers or network
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any activity that could harm other users or third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

PREMIUM TIER

Premium raises the speed limit from 15 Mbit/s to up to 50 Mbit/s depending on the server, turns on automatic server rotation, and sets how many devices may be signed in to one account: two on the weekly plan, three on the monthly, five on the annual. The free tier stays usable without a subscription — premium is speed and room, not permission to connect. Premium features and availability may change over time.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription. Today every subscription is bought inside the app, and the charge is taken by the store the app came from — Apple for iOS, Google Play for Android — at the price that store shows in your country. It renews at the end of each period until you turn renewal off, which you do in your Apple ID or Google Play account, not here. We never see or store your card details. Because the store takes the money, only the store can give it back: refunds go through Apple or through Google Play. There is no purchase on this website today; if that changes, this page changes with it.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is fundamental to our service. We do not log your traffic; the little we keep to run the service is listed in our Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

SafePlace, including its name, logo, design, and software, is the property of DuosDigitos LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SafePlace is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuosDigitos LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SafePlace. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DuosDigitos LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to SafePlace at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of SafePlace after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
